Please come to your appointments with clean lashes, no makeup or mascara around the eye.
Avoid curling natural lashes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you have lash extensions on already (not by myself) please book for a removal before your appointment.
If you wear contact lenses, please bring your case and solution to put them in during your appointment, or wear glasses if you have had your treatment.

Don’t pick or pull at your lashes.
Wash your lashes at least every other day - the longer you leave it, the more problems you face, like tangling, twisting, and them not looking as fluffy and fresh.
If your lashes get wet from swimming, hot tubs, salt water, crying, workouts or oily skin - wash and dry them after.
Wash lashes with cool/lukewarm water when washing your face/lashes - the steam from hot water can weaken the adhesive bonds causing premature fall out.
Brush your lashes when you wake up and before bed to prevent them from getting tangled.
Avoid any oily products around your lashes.
Don't wear mascara over your lashes - this clumps them together and worsens retention.
Avoid sleeping on your face.
